All items are produced and fulfilled in limited drops.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume drops, processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Once an order has shipped, Throttle & Thread is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Throttle & Thread is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Throttle & Thread is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
