Throttle & Thread operates on a limited-drop model. Please read carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited nature of our drops and small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference after delivery

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information before placing your order.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email us atΒ gridlinebranding@gmail.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Sale items

  • Limited drops

  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery


Shipping Issues

Throttle & Thread is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
